Logan serves as Vice President of Property Operations. He joined PAC in 2016 overseeing the operations of a portfolio of student housing communities for Preferred Campus Management and has 15 years of experience in property management. As Vice President, Logan oversees operations for a large portion of the Southeast region of communities including PAC’s newest development asset in Wilmington, NC as well as new development assets in Atlanta, GA and Greenville, SC.

Before joining PAC, Logan worked as a property manager at Ambling Management Company and also assisted communities as a specialist in organizing the turn process for mass student move-outs and move-ins. He started his career in property management as he was finishing his Bachelor’s Degree at The University of South Carolina.
