Easther Liu joined PAC in 2025 and serves as the company’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Services and Transformation. In this position, she is responsible for leading, building and managing Operations, Centralization, Marketing, and Training & Development for PAC and its portfolio of communities across the United States.

Easther is a seasoned real estate executive with deep experience in branding, marketing, consumer research & analyses, and consumer experience. Prior to PAC, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of Fairfield, an investor, owner, developer and manager of multi-family and retail real estate. She has also held senior marketing, strategy and consumer insights positions at Irvine Company, an owner of retail, office, resorts, and single- and multi-family real estate, and at Westfield, serving the company’s portfolio of regional shopping centers.
