Jarrod serves as Vice President of Property Operations & Strategic Business Services at PAC. He joined PAC in 2015 and has over 14 years of experience in multifamily and student housing property management. Jarrod serves in a dual role at PAC. As Vice President of Property Operations, he oversees a portfolio of communities across the southeast. As Vice President of Strategic Business Services, he is responsible for piloting and launching new technology and software, and leading special projects across all PAC divisions. In his dual role, Jarrod brings operational efficiencies and technological expertise to optimize the platform.

Before joining PAC, Jarrod held progressive positions at JMG Realty Inc., American Campus Communities, and Greystar.
