Alex Cowden is the Senior Vice President of Accounting, overseeing the accounting and reporting functions of PAC’s property management business. He has 15 years of experience in the accounting field, including 10 years managing the corporate accounting team for PAC, when it was a public REIT.

Prior to joining PAC, Alex worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers serving private clients and at a local accounting firm in middle Georgia.

Alex received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Georgia Southern University and earned his graduate degree from Georgia College & State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.
